FAQ

Q
My light isn't turning on. What should I do?
A

First, ensure the battery is charged or installed correctly. Check that the battery contacts are clean. If it's a rechargeable model, try a different USB cable and power source. If the problem persists, please contact our Customer Support team.

Q
Can I leave my light on the charger all the time?
A

We recommend unplugging the light once it's fully charged. While our lights have overcharge protection, it's a good practice to disconnect them to maximize long-term battery health.

Q
How do I know when my light is fully charged?
A

Most of our USB-rechargeable lights have an LED indicator that changes color (e.g., from red to green) or turns off when the battery is fully charged.

Q
Can I charge my phone or other devices with my lantern/work light?
A

Several of our power station lanterns and larger work lights feature a built-in USB power bank, allowing you to charge your smartphone, GPS, or other USB devices on the go.

Q
Can I use my EverBrite camping lantern in the rain?
A

Most of our camping lanterns are built with high IP ratings for water resistance, making them perfect for outdoor use in various weather conditions.

Q
How do I focus or adjust the beam on my flashlight?
A

Some of our flashlights feature a zooming or adjustable focus mechanism. Simply twist the head of the flashlight to change the beam from a wide flood to a focused spot.

Q
What is the best EverBrite flashlight for everyday carry (EDC)?
A

Our compact, durable flashlights with a balanced lumen output and rechargeable battery are perfect for EDC. Look for models like the E012065/E011183 that are lightweight yet powerful.

Q
Do your lights have different lighting modes?
A

Yes, most Everbrite lights feature multiple modes such as High, Medium, Low, Strobe, and SOS to adapt to various situations and conserve battery life.

Q
What battery types do you use, and are they replaceable?
A

We use a variety of high-quality power sources, including built-in Lithium-ion batteries (rechargeable via USB), and standard replaceable batteries (like AA or 18650). The product description will specify the battery type and whether it's user-replaceable.

Q
What is the difference between Lumens, Lux, and Beam Distance?
A

Lumens measure the total amount of visible light output (brightness). Lux measures the intensity of light on a surface (illuminance). Beam Distance tells you how far the light can effectively reach. We provide all three metrics to give you a complete picture of a light's performance.

Q
What does the IP (Ingress Protection) Rating mean?
A

The IP Rating (e.g., IP65, IP67, IPX8) indicates the level of protection a light has against solids (like dust) and liquids (like water). The first digit refers to solid particle protection, and the second digit refers to moisture protection. A higher number means better protection. For example, an IP68 light is dust-tight and can be submerged in water.

Q
What is your brightest flashlight?
A
The brightest flashlight we currently make is offered within the EverBrite brand and the model is E011204N. This flashlight offers a 13,000 lumens Turbo mode and 150M beam distance.
